I love this place! Solid food for great price. Rachelle was our server, and made it an enjoyable experience. It's one of my go to spots and will continue to.

Lots of seating, raised booths and tables. Pricing is good and the menu is varied. I was surprised there wasn't more pizza, but there is a variety of pastas and other items. The restaurant itself was chilly (take a sweater), and the service was a bit slow (it took a long time for our two small pizzas to come out even though they weren't that busy). But the staff was friendly and kept our drinks refilled. Lots of parking.

A veritable feast!!! This was our 3rd time coming to Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill and we have been more than pleased each time. The food is delicious!!! They have an expansive menu -- not even the fussiest diner could fail to find something they would want to try. In addition, the service is great--friendly and knowledgeable! From the Lunch page, I chose my favorite which is the Teriyaki Chicken Fettuccine; my wife chose the Fettuccine Alfredo with both chicken and vegetables. We are each convinced that we got the best dish! This time, we decided to take some food home so that we could share a dessert. The Cinnamon Apple Crisp was as advertised -- crisp, warm, sweet & tart, drizzled with caramel sauce, topped with ice cream. So glad we saved some room!

This pizza place is so amazing! Not your run of the mill pizza place at all! Make sure you visit during their Happy hour so you can try several different items for a great value! The service here is phenomenal! They seat you, come to your table to take your order, refill drinks, and bring your food! This is not the normal place your order at the counter and self serving drink station pizzeria! The ambiance is casual and inviting! The aroma hits you as soon as you enter the room! We fed three people and took home a full 8 inch pizza and half of another for about $50! With three drinks, salads, garlic bread, BLT sliders for appetizers and two 8 inch pizza and one pasta plate! The food is made fresh to order with quality ingredients! I'm not from this area but if I ever see one of these pizzerias on another vacation I will definitely stop by! More than enough parking and extremely clean and well stocked restrooms too!! Check out my photos!

I have always wanted to try this place. I'm always on the hunt for great pizza. Let's face it, we bring in Idaho, are very limited to amazing pizza. I've done many a'reviews on this topic lol. Johnny Bronx is my favorite so far. Too bad it's so far from my house. Anyway, went to a Pound Fit Unplugged class the other night in Meridian. Friend of mine suggested after that we all go out to eat because he a gift card to this place. If I'm being honest, I never thought the first time here would be at the Meridian location. Hell, I didn't even know Meridian had a Smokey Mountain Pizza lol. I just always assumed I'd go to the downtown location if I ever went. I wanted to go a long time ago and people were like "eww no! Their pizza is garbage! Food is awful there!" I should never listen to people especially when they think Flying Pie is the best pizza we have here in Boise or Pie Hole!!! Hahaha! Bless their hearts. Ok, so I didn't have pizza tho lol. I'm really watching my food intake for a bit and started a couple weeks ago of getting rid of some of the fun stuff I like to eat...just for a bit tho lol. So I had a Caesar salad here and uhhhh it was amazing!! People saying their food was gross...see! You'll never know for sure until you try it for yourself. Most restaurants with their Caesar salads..they are legit disgusting or just lack taste in their chicken or their dressing. Something is always off lol. Not here. Everything was perfect with it. I have zero complaints on their salads. I did have some garlic bread tho (not my proudest moment that night especially after saying what I did above lol) but DAMN! It was so good! Some will read this and totally disagree with me and agree with the ones who said this place is gross. Is this the best place ever? No lol, but it's sooooo far from being as disgusting and awful as people have said it is. My friends tried to order the "Motherlode" dish and waitress said that they were all out. Retirement party was going on so we just thought all those boomers bought up the MOTHERLODE! Hahaha! However, was very weird when you could order basically everything that's in that Motherlode, but you had to do so individually lol. Whatever. I told her "this is soooo going in my Yelp review" hahaha! She was awesome. Great waitress. Loved the inside of this place. Lighting was good, all the fun stuff. Layout was good. Smokey Mountains are on the east coast tho. So the name is odd to me, but whatever. I thoroughly enjoyed it and hope next time is just as good. Thanks for reading, Yelpermountaineers! Cheers!
